1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the kabibe platform — whether through a mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and kabibe. 3. Account Registration

4. Deposits and Payments
kabibe accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, and supported online banking channels in Philippine pesos (PHP). All transactions are processed in PHP and no currency conversion is applied on the kabibe side. You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name; using a payment method belonging to another person is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. kabibe does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. All deposits are final once processed and credited to your account balance.
5. Platform Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the kabibe platform only for lawful entertainment purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited: attempting to manipulate game outcomes through technical means, using automated software or bots to interact with the platform, engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without legitimate cause, and sharing or selling your account to third parties. kabibe monitors platform activity and reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct without prior notice. Any winnings or balances associated with accounts closed for prohibited conduct may be forfeited. kabibe also reserves the right to refuse service to any user at its sole discretion.

This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service. kabibe does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or technical issues. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes, kabibe reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to players' accounts. Your use of the platform is at your own risk, and kabibe's total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty days preceding the relevant claim.
